Taco Tuesday everyday!!! These tacos were very good. All ingredients made fresh. There was someone making the corn tortillas in the back. We visited on Taco Tuesday and had the $2 tacos. All i can say is YUM! Their fresh ingredients shine alongside the attached ice cream shop. Their flavors rotate and sell experiments. The Basil Lemonade was the best flavor I have ever eaten. It was like living inside a basil leaf. Would recommend for a quick lunch. Based on the line as we left, others think so too!
They get an extra star for having metal tasting spoons for the ice cream. I felt my experience was pretty low waste with the exception of the plastic single use cup (although i saw many guests with reusable plastic cups!!). Please make reusable cups available to everyone!
Also ask for a metal spoon to eat your ice cream, plastic is the default. -

This is a solid place for elotes and informal dining with tacos galore. The elote was smothered in mayo, my definition of perfection. There were lots of taco options available. What threw me off was that their carne asada resembled more of an al pastor, in the sense that it was marinated and red. It still tasted good but definately not the carne asada I was expecting.
They have indoor and outdoor seating available here, along with lots of seating options. I like how they have an icecream area too; great place for one-stop eating and treating. They have churro icecream sandwiches on the menu too! Overall, it's an interesting place to check out if you want some slightly different and trendy tacos. -

Just went for first time today.
Has their lunch special and the corn (elote) was amazing!
And their tacos are quite tasty ... the best part being the homemade, fresh, thick corn tortillas!
I had the oxtail which was very tasty but super fatty.
The carnitas taco was the bomb. Wish I had ordered more of those!
Place has a salsa bar and I tried at least four of them - all tasty. -

Really good and Central Mexican tacos and other dishes. These include: al pastor (marinated pork), carne asada, carnitas, braised oxtail, chicken, shrimp pipian (with pumpkin salsa and seeds) and and fish. Vegetarian and vegan tacos are also available. The grilled corn on the cob elote is excellent, with cotija, lime aioli and chile powder. Mexican and local beer, wine and a selection of Mexican soft drinks. Sides include ceviche, chile lime rice, black beans and regrows beans. Cooked to order. Kids menu also available.

Skip the chips and guac. While the chips were hot and freshly made, our guac was a large chunk of unripe, unmashed avocado.
I had the two vegan taco offerings... the "chorizo" and potato taco and the chard and papita guisado. The vegan chorizo and potato taco was delicious. The other taco was missing half the ingredients.
The drink menu (beer & wine only) is lacking.
Service was very unfriendly. The order-taker was rude and didn't know the menu at all. The tacos took about 30 minutes to arrive, the "guac" 10 minutes.
